沛县综合行政执法大队【2024年6月份沛县安全生产执法计划】
<font style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font style="font-size:16px">为全面贯彻落实中央、省和市、县关于安全生产执法工作的决策部署，进一步提高安全生产行政执法的精准性，着力减少多头重复执法，按照1家企业对应1个执法主体的原则，现将2024年6月份沛县安全生产执法计划公示如下：</font></font><font style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><strong>执法依据：</strong></font><br /><font style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font style="font-size:16px"> 《中华人民共和国安全生产法》《江苏省安全生产条例》《安全生产违法行为行政处罚办法》等相关法律法规。</font></font><br /><font style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font style="font-size:16px"><strong>执法对象：</strong></font></font><br /> 2024年6月份沛县应急管理系统重点检查的17家企业、工贸行业C类企业执法抽查的6家企业。<br /><font size="3"><font style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><strong>执法内容及要求：</strong></font></font><br /><font style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font style="font-size:16px"> 1、按照《安全生产分类分级执法实施方案》的要求，在重点行业领域、重点检查单位实施精准执法，严厉打击各类安全生产非法违法生产经营行为。</font></font><font style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font style="font-size:16px">2、执法大队在月度内依据计划对企业完成执法检查，因不可抗力等因素未能完成的，顺延至下个月。</font></font><font style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font style="font-size:16px">3、全面落实“精准执法+优质服务”，指导企业科学制定整改方案，以高质量执法和服务优化营商环境，助推企业提高本质安全水平。</font></font><font style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font style="font-size:16px">4、执法过程全面落实行政执法“三项制度”，执行“三位一体”执法模式和安全生产执法检查“十步法”。</font></font><font style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0)"><font style="font-size:16px">5、对阶段性重点工作任务、投诉举报等非计划执法情况，将采用专项检查、“四不两直”、随机抽查等方式开展执法检查。</font></font><font style="color:rgb(34, 34, 34)"><font face="-apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, Arial, sans-serif"><font style="font-size:17px"><strong>具体名单如下</strong></font></font></font><br /><font face="system-ui, -apple-system, BlinkMacSystemFont, &quot;"><font style="font-size:17px"></font></font><br /><br /><br /><br /><br>免责声明：如果侵犯了您的权益，请联系站长，我们会及时删除侵权内容，谢谢合作！
